  • How do I apply for a campaign?
  • Campaign sign up forms will be emailed out to you.

  • How do I know if I have been selected for a campaign?
  • You will be notified via email if you have been selected (do not start a campaign until you receive this email).

  • What types of opportunities are available for influencers?
  • Paid / Sponsored Review Campaigns, FREE product in exchange for review, Social Media Amplification, Contests & Giveaways, Coupons & Discounts, and Brand Ambassador. Please make sure to fill out what opportunities you prefer to participate in when signing up.

  • How often are campaigns offered?
  • Campaigns are kicking off all the time!

  • What is expected with a campaign?
  • Each campaign will have it’s own specific requirements, which can be found in the campaign details information provided with each campaign. Please make sure to read the full details before signing up.

  • How are influencers selected for campaigns?
  • Each brand has its own unique objectives and campaign goals, and therefore, there is no one method that influencers are selected. Campaigns might range from 25 - 1,000+ participants and have specific criteria such as minimum reach, social channel engagement, niche, location, etc.

  • What is a Post-Campaign Survey?
  • By participating in one of our brand campaigns you are agreeing to fill out the post-campaign survey. It will consist of a series of questions relating to your social media activity regarding the campaign.

  • Where do I find the Post-Campaign Survey?
  • The Post-Campaign Survey will be emailed out to participants.

  • How long do I have to review?
  • Typically, the length of time we try to provide is a 30 day period.

  • I do not care for the product I was sent to review. How should I proceed?
  • We value your honest reviews. If you do not care for the product you are reviewing, please contact us and let us know what issues or problems you are experiencing. If the product is damaged, we will try if possible to arrange for a new product to be sent. Even if you do not write a review, please fill out the short campaign survey to receive credit for the campaign and provide brand feedback.

  • What happened to the log-in member portal?
  • It was discontinued when we redesigned the program.

  • What happened to Social Insiders Points Program?
  • It was discontinued when we redesigned the program.

  • How are influencers compensated for campaigns?
  • Campaign types vary, and please be sure to read the details of each campaign thoroughly before you sign up so you understand expectations and compensation for the campaign. Compensation might be in the form of gift cards, product, or a cash payout. In the case of payouts via PayPal, there is a 2.9% transaction fee.

  • How do I become ineligible for campaigns?
  • In order to recognize influencers who are doing well, we have a policy where influencers who do not participate in campaigns they have signed up for will be ineligible for participating in future campaigns. Failure to participate in 2 campaigns that you have signed up for will result removal from the Social Insiders opportunities. For sponsored content, contracts will be issued, and failure to complete the contract terms will result in breach of contract and will ultimately result in zero payment, or possible legal action against you. Influencers may be found ineligible for campaigns if the content they publish does not meet our guidelines, is found inappropriate, does not follow FTC disclosure requirements, conflict of interests, contacting clients directly, disclosing confidential information, or acting in a hostile manner toward our team or other influencers.
