Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the services offered by Zooka Creative Corp., (dba " Social Insiders", the “Site”, “Service” “We”, “Us”). The terms “You” and “Your” “Influencer” “Subscriber” refer to you, as a visitor or user of the Service.

The following details our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) for the Site and describes the types of information we gather from those persons visiting the Site and how we use such information. We understand the importance of privacy and accordingly, treat all information received in a responsible manner. This Policy applies to all the services offered by the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by the Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Site. Each time you use the Site, the current version of the Policy will apply. Accordingly, when you use the Site, you should check the date of this Policy (which appears at the top) and review any changes since the last version.

YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES OR ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

  1. OVERVIEW

    1. Your privacy, and the privacy of all users of Social Insiders is important to us. Social Insiders is committed to protecting your privacy online. Accordingly, Social Insiders has developed this Policy that describes the data we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. This Policy sets forth the policies and procedures of personally identifiable information received from users of the Service, including but not limited to the website at social-insiders.com.
    2. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all site visitors, subscribers, and all other users of the Service.
    3. By using the Service, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Policy, as amended from time to time.
    4. Further, you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“TOS”), which is incorporated by reference, and by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, and the terms and conditions in our TOS, please do not access or use the Service.
  2. AGE OF USERS / CHILDREN AND PRIVACY

    1. Social Insiders is intended for people 18 or older, and in registering for this site Users are verifying that they are 18 years or older. We have also made an effort to specifically limit Social Insiders’ appeal to people of age 18 or older. Social Insiders will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18.
    2. Social Insiders does not assume responsibility for misrepresentations regarding the age of any User made in connection with any User’s registration for or use of the website. We may terminate without notice the membership of any user if we believe that the User has provided any false information to us when registering for or using this website.
  3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

    1. Social Insiders processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy. We review our data collection, storage, and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
      1. INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE
        1. When you sign up and use the Services, consult with our Social Insiders Team Members, send us an email, post to our blog, or communicate with us in anyway, you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect. By giving us this information, you consent to this information being collected, used, disclosed, transferred and stored by us as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Information from users of our Sites: “personal information” (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, etc.) and “aggregate information” (such as frequency of visits to any of the Sites, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, etc.) We use this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Site and to communicate with you about information that you request, and Campaign Opportunities. We may also use this information to help us target specific services or offers to you, to contact your for troubleshooting purposes, to help us develop and improve our Sites, and to tailor our Sites to your interest.
      2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
        1. Influencer has the authority and ability to perform the requested service within the stated time period, as applicable.
      3. INFORMATION FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
        1. We may receive information about how and when you use the Services, store it in log files or other types of files associated with your account, and link it to other information we collect about you. This information may include, for example, your IP address, time, date, browser used, and action you have taken within the application. This type of information helps us to improve our Services for both you and for all our users.
      4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
        1. We and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels and web beacons, to analyze trends, administer the website, track users movements around the website, serve targeted advertisements.
        2. We send cookies to your computer through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people.         3. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by us and our service providers and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
        4. We use analytics (and related analytics programs) to better understand who is using the Service, and how people are using it. Analytics uses cookies to collect and store anonymous information such as time of visit, pages visited, time spent on each page of the website, IP address, and type of operating system used. We use this information to improve the Service and make it appealing to as many users as possible.
      5. INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES

        1. We may receive more info about your demographic information, blog traffic, total social followers, and use of social media websites, by searching the Internet and querying third parties (we refer to that information as “Supplemental Information”). We use Supplemental Information to send you more relevant campaign opportunities, and define your total influencer reach, and eligibility to participate in campaigns.
  4. HOW MY INFORMATION IS SHARED

    1. Personal Information about our users is an integral part of our business. You acknowledge and agree that we may share your Public Content and a limited amount of Personal Information (by way of illustration and not limitation, your first name, last initial, and location) with third parties, who may in turn publicly display or publish this limited amount of Personal Information in connection with your Public Content on their own website and media platforms.
    2. We may disclose information in the aggregate to third parties relating to user behavior in connection with actual or prospective business relationship. We provide some of our services through affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties. We, and our service partners, may use your personal information to operate our sites and to deliver their services. These affiliates and third party service providers are not permitted to use personal information for any purposes other than to complete the order, assist you in participating in the particular service and communicating with you. We will encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your personal information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control.
    3. In the future, may use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Service. These companies may use information about your Public Content (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) and activity related to your use of the Service to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
    4. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf, such as the creation of shipping labels, and need to share your information with them to provide services to you. Our agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us, and they provide a comparable level of protection for your Personal Information.
    5. Law Enforcement and Protection. We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) take action regarding suspected illegal activities; (b) enforce or apply our TOS and Privacy Policy; (c) comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order; or (d) protect our rights, reputation, and property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public. Please note that we are not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that we receive.
    6. Business Transfers. If Social Insiders or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we cease business operations or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
  5. CONTESTS/ SWEEPSTAKES

    1. From time-to-time, we may request information from users of our Sites in connection with a contest or a sweepstakes. Participation in these contests or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information and supplementary information about your interests, opinions, and preferences. We will use the contact information to notify winners. We may publish winner’s first name, last initial and city of residence on the Site and in order to comply with state law, we may be required to share: (i) winner’ first name, last name and address with state agencies and (ii) winners first name and last name with persons requesting such information via that mail. We may share this information with our affiliates and other organizations or Service Providers in line with this policy and the rules posted for the Promotion.
  6. IP ADDRESSES

    1. Social Insiders may collect IP addresses for the purpose of system administration, to prepare aggregate information, and to monitor the use of this website.
  7. SEARCH ENGINES

    1. Search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, are owned and operated by third parties. Social Insiders has no control over such third parties, including, without limitation, their indexing and “crawling” of information for search purposes.
  8. SECURITY

    1. We use industry standard measures to protect Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
    2. We restrict access to personal information to Social Insiders employees, service providers, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
    3. The Service may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site, you should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Service.
    4. IN NO EVENT WILL SOCIAL INSIDERS OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE (INCLUDING LOSS PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM INACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR LOSS OF THE USE OF THE SITES). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF SOCIAL INSIDERS OR IT’S AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  9. DO NOT TRACK POLICY

    1. Out Sites are not designed to respond to “do not track” signals received from browsers. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. Because it is not yet finalized, Social Insiders adheres to the standards in this policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests. That said, some of our features may have the ability to monitor or follow Do Not Track browser requests.
  10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

    1. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the Service is located on computer servers in the United States. Therefore, your information may be processed and stored in the United States. As a result, United States federal and state governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through laws applicable in the United States. Your use of the Service or your submission of any Personal Information to us will constitute your consent to the transfer of your Personal Information outside of your home country, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.
  11. PRIVACY PRACTICES OF THIRD PARTIES AND THIRD PARTY SITES

    1. The Service may contain links to third party websites to which we have no affiliation. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other sites accessible through our site via links or service partnerships have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Additionally, other companies may place advertising on our site and may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
  12. CONTROL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    1. To the extent you include Personal Information in your Public Content (such as a photo of yourself), third parties may be able to identify you, associate you with your account, and contact you. Please do not include information in your Public Content that you expect to keep private.
    2. Third parties can also associate you with your account using the user search and browse features of the Social Insiders Service, which display your Public Content.
    3. Upon your request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to close your account, and cease displaying your Public Content on the Service; nevertheless, we may still retain your Personal Information and your Public Content in our systems. Registered users who wish to close their account should contact us.
  13. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

    1. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy from time to time in the event changes have been made. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the Service after such changes have been first posted.
  14. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

    1. Subject to certain limits under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (ii) the identity of those third parties. To make this request, California residents may contact us as specified in the Contact Us section below.

    1. If you prefer not to receive our newsletter or other marketing e-mails from Social Insiders, please let us know by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any newsletter or marketing e-mail you receive.
